Warranty

We care about our products and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in perfect condition.

However, it can sometimes happen that an order is damaged during transport or that something else occurs that may give you the right to claim under warranty.

Under European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within a period of two (2) years after delivery of the goods.

You may have additional rights under Dutch law.

If you discover a defect in a product (or should reasonably have discovered it), you must contact us within a reasonable period of time. A reasonable period is in any case within two (2) months. In certain circumstances, a period longer than two months may also be acceptable.

If you contact us in time, we will ensure a free repair or replacement, as applicable.

Complaints

It can always happen that something does not go exactly as planned.

We recommend that you first make your complaint known to us by emailing: info@aladinbeauty.nl (please include your order number).

From 15 February 2016, consumers in the EU can also submit complaints via the European Commission’s ODR platform.

The ODR platform can be found here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr

If your complaint is not already being handled elsewhere, you are free to submit your complaint via the European Union platform.
