Dip: For both eyes, dip the brush once.

Apply: On clean, dry eyes, swipe along the skin of the upper lash line.

Wait: Before putting on other eye products, let this one dry for at least 90 seconds.

Use twice a day, once in the morning and once at night. Cut back to 2–3 times a week once the desired length is reached.
